Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 10 July, 2025



Zygnos Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Cosmium AI platform. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you ("Client," "User," or "you") may cancel your subscription or usage of our services.



1. Subscription Cancellation


You may cancel your subscription to Cosmium AI at any time. The following rules apply based on your plan type:


Monthly Subscriptions:


You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your access will continue until the end of the current cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month.


Annual Subscriptions:


Cancellations for annual plans must be initiated at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused months if you choose to cancel an annual plan mid-term.



2. Usage-Based (Pay-As-You-Go) Services


For services billed on a usage basis (e.g., voice processing minutes, telephony credits, AI token consumption):


  • Cancellation of the account stops future usage charges immediately.
  • You remain liable for all usage accrued up to the exact time of cancellation.
  • Any outstanding usage fees will be charged to your payment method on file upon cancellation.


3. How to Cancel


To cancel your account or subscription, you must:


  • Log in to your Cosmium AI dashboard and navigate to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription; OR
  • Email a formal cancellation request to [email protected] from your registered email address.

Note: Simply deleting the app or stopping usage does not constitute a valid cancellation. You must formally cancel to stop recurring billing.



4. Termination by Cosmium AI


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:


  • You violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., using voice AI for spam, fraud, or harassment).
  • Payment is declined and not rectified within 7 days.
  • Technical usage creates a security threat to our platform.


5. Data Retention Post-Cancellation


Upon cancellation, your account data (including call logs, voice recordings, and analytics) will be retained for 30 days to allow for potential reactivation. After this period, all data may be permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
